We review the supplier's business license, registered name, contact details and whether the company information matches what they told you.
2. Site Visit
When the location is practical, we visit the factory, workshop, warehouse or office and collect real photos and videos for your review.
3. Production Observations
We note visible equipment, staff activity, sample room, stock, packaging area and whether the site appears consistent with your order needs.
Local Coverage
This service is strongest for suppliers in Guangxi — mainly within a 300 km radius of Nanning where a meaningful visit is practical. We do not promise deep legal due diligence, financial auditing or guaranteed supplier safety.
What You Receive
A practical supplier visit note with business license observations, site photos/videos, production observations, visible red flags and our recommendation on what to check next.
How this service is charged: Supplier visits are quoted as a standalone project fee based on visit scope, location and deliverables — not as a percentage of order value. A factory audit does not require you to place a purchase order through TropiStrand.

We are not a law firm, laboratory, customs broker, insurance company or nationwide inspection team. For distant suppliers, lab testing, legal disputes, customs decisions or highly specialized compliance work, we will clarify the limitation before accepting the project.
How We Charge
TropiStrand uses two transparent fee structures. The right model depends on whether you need a one-off local task or ongoing sourcing support. Exact fees are always confirmed in a written quote before work begins.
Project Fees (Standalone Tasks)
For defined deliverables that do not depend on order value — for example a single supplier visit, a quality check, sample receiving, or a scoped coordination task.

- Not tied to order value — suitable when you only need verification before you decide whether to buy
- Travel or third-party costs, if applicable, are disclosed separately
Order-Based Service Fees (Sourcing Support)
For full sourcing support and ongoing procurement follow-up where TropiStrand coordinates suppliers, production and export steps across a purchase.
