1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TropiStrand website (operated by Guangxi Junxu Trading Firm, 广西骏序商贸行) and any sourcing, inspection, consolidation or export coordination services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. About Our Services
TropiStrand is operated by Guangxi Junxu Trading Firm, a sourcing and supply chain support partner registered in Long'an County, Nanning, Guangxi, China. Our services may include:
- Supplier identification, verification and factory audits
- Quality inspections and reporting
- Warehouse consolidation, labeling and repackaging
- Export documentation and logistics coordination support
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Guangxi Junxu Trading Firm (trading as TropiStrand) is not the manufacturer, seller of record or importer of goods. We facilitate connections and oversight between buyers and third-party factories.
3. Service Fees & Transparency
Our standard transparent service fee ranges from 5% to 10% of the relevant order value, depending on project scope, complexity and service level. Exact fees, payment schedules and deliverables are confirmed in a written quote or service agreement before work begins.
We do not accept hidden kickbacks from suppliers. Any third-party costs (e.g. inspection travel, warehousing, freight) are disclosed separately.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate company, contact and product information
- Review and approve samples, specifications and quotations in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with import, customs, labeling and product regulations in your destination market
- Use our reports, photos and documents for legitimate business purposes only
- Make agreed payments according to the schedule in your service agreement
5. Quotes & Project Acceptance
Information on this website is for general guidance only and does not constitute a binding offer. A project is confirmed only when both parties agree to a written scope of work, timeline and fee structure.
6. Limitations of Liability
TropiStrand works to reduce sourcing risk through verification, inspections and transparent reporting. However, we cannot guarantee factory performance, shipping timelines, customs outcomes or market acceptance of products.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TropiStrand shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid to us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, reports and materials created by TropiStrand remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit our materials without prior written consent.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep non-public business, technical and pricing information confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to perform the agreed services (e.g. sharing specs with a factory).
9. Third-Party Services
We may coordinate with factories, freight forwarders, customs brokers and other third parties on your behalf. Their terms and performance are governed by separate agreements between you and those parties, unless we expressly assume responsibility in writing.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Nanning, Guangxi, China, unless otherwise agreed in a signed service contract.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
